Kids check-in

Kids check-in that parents can do in seconds

A parent types their phone number, their children appear, and stickers print with a pickup code that matches the parent's tag. Allergies print on the sticker, and teachers see their class list on their phone.

Free for 14 days. Kids check-in is included on every plan.

Find my family

Parents look themselves up by phone number. Each child is pre-selected, with the class they usually attend.

Stickers and pickup tags

Prints on a DYMO LabelWriter: a name sticker for each child and a parent tag with the same pickup code.

Allergies and special instructions

Parents add or update them at check-in. An alert prints on the sticker, and they're saved for next time.

A class list for teachers

On the day, the volunteers in each class see who's checked in, any allergies, and a parent's phone number to tap and call.

iPads at the doors

An iPad can check families in and send the labels to the computer with the printer.

New families welcome

Visitors register at the station in a minute and check straight in. Every check-in counts in attendance.

Setting up a station

  1. 1Turn on kids check-in for each class.
  2. 2Add a station and open its setup link on the church computer.
  3. 3Install DYMO Connect and print a test label.
  4. 4Optionally add iPads that print to that computer.

Questions churches ask

What printer do we need?
A DYMO LabelWriter, such as the 450 Turbo, with 30256 or 30252 labels.
Does a check-in station need a staff login?
No. A station is paired once and can only do check-in. It uses no user seat, and you can remove it at any time.
